We took our most popular unroasted Mexican coffee and barrel-aged it for over eight months plus inside a retired bourbon barrel. The charred oak gave everything: deep vanilla, toasted caramel, and a bold bourbon character so pronounced it tastes like someone snuck a generous splash of whiskey right into the cup.

This is unapologetically bourbon-forward—rich dark chocolate and brown-sugar sweetness up front, then waves of warm bourbon, subtle cigar tobacco, and a soft, smoky finish that lingers like the last sip of a fine dram. Incredibly smooth black, dangerously good with a touch of cream.

One barrel. One small batch. When it’s gone, the barrel’s empty and this roast rides off for good.
